A report on its three days orientation programme conducted for the Ist year students from 27-10-2021 to 29-10-2021.

For the Ist year Engineering and Fine Arts students, an orientation programme was conducted from 27-10-2021to29-10-2021 the programme was arranged at VasanthanHall.Miss.Vidhya its Administrative Officer of our college and Mr SivaKummar, HOD of Humanities and Science inaugurated the programme.Prof.J.Aloysius introduced the resource person. In this introductory talk, he highlighted the importance of improving communication skills. Mr G.Christ Jose, Founder and Managing Director, R.shell Info Service and Miss.T.GiflinSneha, Administrative Manager, RShell Info Services conducted the three-day programme. Through interactions and video clips, they revealed the expectations of the companies and how one should make himself employable and talented in this competitive world, everyone should improve his or her personality, language and subject knowledge. Thanks to the management and the principal, the programme was very fruitful, informative and entertaining.
